30-day money-back guarantee

VerentraVault, operated by Randolph IT Consulting, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Email support@verentravault.com from the address you used at checkout.
2. Include the date of your purchase and the plan you subscribed to.
3. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for a period already paid, but you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
